Just in time for Valentines Day! Heart Shaped Brownies and Chocolate Truffles.
Brownies
1)Prepare two packages of Ghiribaldi Brownie Mix according to directions (purchase at Costco). Bake in a parchment lined 1" jelly roll pan.
2) Allow to cool and refrigerate until cold.
3) Remove from pan. Peel off parchment paper and cut out cookies with heart shaped cookie
cutter.
4) Wrap individually in Saran wrap and keep refrigerated until given to your favorite Valentine.
You can also frost brownies if desired and add sprinkles or red hearts.
Truffles
1) Using remainder of brownies from cut outs, form into balls to make truffles.
2) Refrigerate again.
3) When cold, dip balls in melted chocolate and coatings. Roll in powdered sugar, cocoa,
coconut, sprinkles. Keep refrigerated until serving. Use your imagination and enjoy!

Lady Caroline is a member of a local Tea Guild in Portland, Oregon and also the National Ladies Tea Guild. Before her 20 years in business offices, she spent 11 years selling crystal and china and serving the public with enchanting ideas for entertaining. One of her past passions was being a wedding consultant and decorator and is currently taking cake decorating classes to be able to embellish the delicacies that accompany the tea experience.
