Just in time for Valentines Day! Heart Shaped Brownies and Chocolate Truffles.
Brownies
1)Prepare two packages of Ghiribaldi Brownie Mix according to directions (purchase at Costco). Bake in a parchment lined 1" jelly roll pan.
2) Allow to cool and refrigerate until cold.
3) Remove from pan. Peel off parchment paper and cut out cookies with heart shaped cookie
cutter.
4) Wrap individually in Saran wrap and keep refrigerated until given to your favorite Valentine.
You can also frost brownies if desired and add sprinkles or red hearts.
Truffles
1) Using remainder of brownies from cut outs, form into balls to make truffles.
2) Refrigerate again.
3) When cold, dip balls in melted chocolate and coatings. Roll in powdered sugar, cocoa,
coconut, sprinkles. Keep refrigerated until serving. Use your imagination and enjoy!

Happy New Year!
I am excited to share with you my latest adventure! I just returned from a Victorian Tea Cruise to the Caiman Islands and Mexico. During the cruise I took part in continuing ed hours
for the tea business with Tea Events owner Dawnya Sasse. It was a great time with fellow tea
lovers and business owners. I look forward to this coming year and the new ideas I came home with and the opportunity to share some fresh adventures.
